Virtue Diagnostics is a company that focuses on localized innovation as its strategy, expanding its in vitro diagnostics product business in emerging market countries and regions, including China. Since its establishment in 2019, the company has built major in vitro diagnostics product lines, including chemiluminescence, clinical chemistry, hematology, mass spectrometry, and molecular diagnostics, through self-research and development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as localized expansion. These products cover about 70% of the in vitro diagnostics market demand in emerging markets.
VIRTUEDX has established a R&D, manufacture, operation center in Suzhou, China, acquired a new generation pathology diagnostics company in Beijing, set up an innovative R&D center base in Singapore, acquired the largest local in vitro diagnostics company in Brazil, while built the largest and most comprehensive in vitro diagnostics product R&D and production base in Southeast Asia in Indonesia.
At the end of 2023, the company completed a renewed collaboration with Revvity, an international leader in diagnostics and life sciences, obtaining exclusive global rights to three product lines covering cardiovascular disease and infectious disease diagnostics, further enriching the company‘s product portfolio.

Virtue Diagnostics has built a team of experienced leaders around specific technology platforms coupled with automated workstation capabilities for chemiluminescence, clinical mass spectrometry, molecular biology, multi-label pathology, biochemistry, hematology and single cell technology and other biology technologies.
Virtue Diagnostics’ physical presence is split between Singapore, Suzhou, Shanghai and Beijing China, Brazil, Indonesia and Philippines. Our R&D is headquartered in Singapore, manufacturing in Suzhou and Indonesia, and our CRO in Beijing.
